Terms of Service
Payment
§ All pre-paid and monthly membership packages must be paid for with cash or check prior to services rendered
§ A deposit may be required for some services
§ All additional service charges incurred, such as dry cleaning bill or grocery bill, are due upon completion
§ If client is not available to receive goods or services at agreed upon time, a sur charge of $15/hour may be added to bill and delivery of services or goods may be delayed.
Hours of Operation & Holidays
§ Errand and waiting services available 5 pm to 10 pm M-F and 8 am to 10 pm weekends
§ House sitting and pet services available from 5 pm to 7 am M-F and Weekends are open
§ My lunch time checks can be made during week days if needed. Price will be discussed
§ Holidays include: Christmas Eve and Day, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, New Years Eve and Day.
Requests for services must have the following lead times.
§ Errand service: 24 hours
§ House sitting & pet services: At least a week, or check my on-line calendar for dates available
§ All services are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Area of Operations &Mileage
§ I serve mainly central Arkansas, but, will travel further outside Pulaski and Lonoke counties based on mileage more than 20 miles from zip code of 72076.
Other
§ Anderson House Watching and Services of Arkansas reserve the right to refuse any business.
Anderson House Watching and Services of Arkansas reserve the right to make all final decisions on services and related costs.
